ABOUT SLIMM FITNESS:

My name is Marissa Slimm Sutton and I have a background working in Sports Medicine.

By day, I work a full-time job in Corporate Wellness preventing chronic injuries and pain for employees at a large company. By night (and early mornings) I put on my favorite athleisure (let’s be real - it’s all I wear) and train some pretty awesome people.

Two main components of my training style are to educate and be personable, but my ultimate goal is that my clients won’t need me forever! As a client, you will learn the tools needed to get stronger, change your physique and achieve your strength training goals so that one day you can do it on your own without guidance. You’ll have some laughs along the way, too.

Since this is a part-time gig for me, space is limited; The good news is that I have an app with ready-to-roll programs that you can do on your own right from your mobile device. Services

  • General Program Subscription

    Pick and choose your favorite program and it gets added to your app. Most programs are 12-16 weeks; they are billed monthly. Instructions, tips and videos exemplifying each exercise are provided. $25-30/mo.

  • Personalized Program Subscription

    Personalized program built just for YOU. Includes an introductory call to discuss your goals, limitations, available equipment, etc. Instructions, tips and videos exemplifying the exercises are included. Program is specifically designed and added to your app. 4 to 6 week check-ins along the way. Price varies from $125-155/mo.

  • In-person Personal Training

    Just you and me! Programs are designed specifically for you and your goals. Schedule can be somewhat-flexible. Contact me to apply! $55/session.
